04 — Development

A site built to be read — by people and by machines.

Structure first, design second, schema from day one. Not a template with your logo on it: a site whose pages map to what your business actually sells, that your team can run without calling a developer.

Who it fits

Businesses launching without a site and wanting it answer-ready from day one. Teams whose current site is a brochure that generates nothing. Teams tired of paying an agency for every text change.

Not a fit if you want a one-page landing — that is a smaller job, ask us for it directly.

Sitemap & Wireframes

Which pages exist, what each one is for, and what sits on it. Agreed before anything is drawn.

B

Design & Build

Custom design and front-end build on a modern stack. Covers 8–12 unique templates; templates beyond that are priced separately.

C

CMS & Content

An editable admin panel and your real content loaded into it.

D

Technical Launch

Domain, hosting, Core Web Vitals, schema/JSON-LD, analytics. Launch is not finished when the site is up — it is finished when Search Console confirms the pages are indexed and their structured data is accepted.

Common questions

What is the average cost of a website?

Averages mislead here, because "website" spans a €500 template and a €50,000 platform. Useful bands: a template with your content, €500–1,500; a custom business site with its own design and admin panel, €4,000–8,000; a site with calculators, accounts or integrations, €10,000 and up. Ours starts at €4,650 and covers 8–12 unique templates — the number of pages built on them does not change the price.

What are the hidden costs of a website?

The build gets quoted; the rest usually does not. Domain and hosting, €100–500 a year. Content — text and photography — which is often the largest unquoted item. Plugin and platform licences that renew annually. Change requests after launch. The one that surprises people most: if the site cannot be edited without a developer, every text change is a paid task for as long as the site exists.

How long does it take to build a website with AI?

AI shortens production, not decisions. Layout, draft copy and components arrive faster, so a build that took six weeks now takes three. What does not compress: deciding which pages exist and what they say, gathering real content and photographs, and approvals. Our custom builds run 15–21 business days, and the waiting is almost never the code.

What are the disadvantages of using a template website?

Three that matter. The page model is someone else’s, so your services get forced into sections designed for a different business. Templates carry code for features you never use, which costs speed. And the structure is fixed — when you need a calculator, a service hierarchy or proper entity data, there is nowhere to put it. Price and speed are real advantages; these are what they cost.

Is schema markup still relevant?

More than before. Search engines use it for rich results, but AI systems use it to know what your business is without inferring it from prose — the organisation, the service, the price, the question and its answer. When an engine decides whether a fact can be attributed to you, explicit structured data is the difference between being quoted by name and being paraphrased anonymously.
