Who it fits

Teams that lost rankings and do not know when or why. Teams whose competitors are quoted in AI answers across their category. Teams inheriting a site built by someone else, before spending anything on it. Founders without a site who want to see the market before deciding what to build.

Not a fit if you already know the problem and have a plan to fix it — go to 01 Index Control or 04 New Website.

What you get

From the positions you order, in the agreed scope

0102A — What blocks crawling, rendering and indexing, with the affected pages named (when there is a site)

0302B — A map of who competes for your queries, with companies separated from directories and information sources
04Findings checked by a person and ranked by what they mean for the business — the base for the strategy
The work
A

Product & site audit

We analyse the product, the offer, the site's structure and content, its technical state and how accessible the information is to search and AI. We use your Search Console and Analytics data where available, check the automated findings by hand and explain what each one means for the business. Technical checks run in the agreed scope: speed, indexing, rendering, what a bot sees without JavaScript. If there is no site yet, we work from the product, the idea, the offer and the materials you have. You get the starting picture: confirmed problems, missing information and how much each matters.

B

Market & competitor research

We study presence by product, audience need and agreed queries — in search and in AI answers. We identify the relevant competitors and separate them from aggregators and information sources. For the companies selected, we go deeper: their offer, the structure and content of their sites, available technical data and their presence outside their own site. You get a map of the competitive field, comparative conclusions, opportunities for the strategy and a baseline for later tracking. We use open data and separate estimates from confirmed facts.

Scope & payment

One-time. 02A and 02B can be ordered separately or together; the scope of each is agreed before work starts. Deciding the future structure belongs to 03 Strategy; making the changes belongs to 04 New Website or 01 Index Control. The free screening and the scope estimate for a proposal do not replace an in-depth analysis. Data we already collected is reused, not charged again. Technical checks are not a security audit.

Common questions

Why has my website traffic suddenly dropped?

Common causes: a technical change that blocked crawling or rendering, a search update that reweighted your pages, a migration that lost its redirects, or AI answers taking clicks that used to land on you. In analytics they can look alike. They are told apart by dates — when exactly the drop started, and what changed that week.

What does the cost of a website audit depend on?

On the scope: how many products, pages, markets and languages; whether there is a site and data to work from; and whether competitor research is included. Starting prices are on the pricing page, and the exact scope is agreed before work starts. The free screening shows the technical surface first, so you can decide whether a deeper audit is needed.

Can ChatGPT do an SEO audit?

It can explain what to look for, interpret data you give it and read some of your pages. A full audit needs more: crawling the whole site, rendering it, measuring speed, reading your Search Console and Analytics data — and then deciding which findings matter for the business and in what order to fix them. Tools produce long lists; that decision is the work.

Why isn't Google crawling my site?

Common reasons: robots.txt blocks it, no internal links or sitemap entries point at the pages, the server responds with errors or too slowly, or the content only appears after JavaScript runs. If pages are crawled but still not indexed, a noindex tag left over from staging is a frequent cause. Each leaves a different trace, and Search Console usually shows which one it is.

How do I find out who my competitors are in AI search?

Ask the questions your buyers ask — in search and in AI assistants — and record who gets named. The list is often different from the one in your head: directories, marketplaces and publishers take many of the answers, and they are not competitors in the same sense as another supplier. Separating the two is the first step. Comparing the real competitors' offer, site structure and outside presence is the second.
