These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website indexdock.com ("Site") and the analysis tools provided on the Site ("Service"), owned and operated by INDEXDOCK, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Oleksii Predachenko, OIB 91777187978, registered office: Put Murvice 12, 23000 Zadar, Croatia, entered in the Croatian Craft Register (Obrtni registar, Zadar County) on 4 August 2026 ("We", "Us", "Our").

By registering for access to the Service and/or using the Site or Service, you ("User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Service.

Access to the analysis Service requires registration and creation of an account ("Account").

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password (minimum 6 characters).
• You are required to complete the email verification process using the code sent to you.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
• You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. By registering on the Site and creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We provide access to a set of online analysis tools ("Service") designed to assist in marketing activity planning. The set of available tools may be updated, supplemented, or changed periodically at our discretion. Currently, the Service includes, but is not limited to, Basic SEO Analysis and Competitor Analysis.

The Service is currently provided free of charge, however, we reserve the right to change the terms of access, including introducing fees, in the future.

You acknowledge that the Service is provided as a beta version, which means it may contain errors, defects, and may change without notice.

Use of the free analysis Service is limited to 3 (three) analyses per registered User (total number for the entire duration of free access). The purpose of this free access is to familiarize you with the capabilities of our analysis tools and provide useful information for understanding the planning of your marketing activities. We reserve the right to change this limit at our discretion at any time.

Upon reaching the established limit, access to further free analyses will be automatically restricted. As the analysis tools are only part of a comprehensive approach to online promotion, to discuss our full range of services and solutions for increasing your online business presence (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.), please contact us.

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to circumvent the established usage limits of the Service.
• Using automated means (scripts, bots, scrapers) to access the Service or collect data en masse without our express written permission.
• Interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site, Service, servers, or networks connected thereto.
• Using the Service to analyze websites containing illegal, harmful, offensive content, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Reselling, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring access to your Account or the Service to any third party.
• Impersonating another person or providing false information.
• Engaging in any activity that could harm us, our users, or third parties.

The Site and Service, including all content, software code, design, logos, and trademarks, are the property of INDEXDOCK, vl. Oleksii Predachenko or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may use the analysis results generated by the Service for your website for your internal business purposes related to analyzing and improving your website. Automated copying for creating competing products, commercial resale, or publication in a manner that may harm our reputation is prohibited.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and the analysis results obtained.

You use the Service at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Service is a beta version and may contain errors.

Recommendations, reports, and any other content generated by the Service (including potentially content generated by artificial intelligence) are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for independently verifying, evaluating, and using such information. We are not liable for your decisions or actions based on this information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDEXDOCK, vl. Oleksii Predachenko, its owner, personnel, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service and block your Account, including but not limited to, cases of violation of these Terms, prohibited activities, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason, especially considering the free and beta status of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request the deletion of your Account according to the procedure described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Site and Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on the Site and/or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zadar, Croatia.
